Two human women, dressed in silvery futuristic armor that lacks helmets, walk calmly down the corridor towards the camera. They ignore the chaos of the casualty area through which they walk, the sounds of which seem muted and distant. On several occasions kat doctors and patients pass through the insubstantial women. The kats clearly cannot see this pair. Perfectly in step the women turn and enter an empty operating theatre.

The sound of the hospital fades further into the background. SECOND woman

The Turbokat dodges incoming fire

Crap! We're gonna have to get out of here buddy. They're much better armed than we planned for. cut to

The Turbokat flies past a hastily erected fortification blocking the city streets. It's single auto-turret tracks the plane, but it is destroyed by the Turbokat cut to

An alarm and flashing light catch his attention. Camera zooms in until one of the status screens fills the view. It shows a missile locked on to the Turbokat and closing fast. t-bone

The invisible women are still waiting. They look up as a gurney is wheeled in, accompanied by harried doctors and nurses. On the gurney is T-BONE, badly cut up but still wearing mask and costume doctor
No breath, no pulse. You all know what to do, quickly and cleanly if no-body minds. The ER staff go about their work with great efficiency. The two women come around for a better look at T-BONE, walking through the medical staff where necessary. first woman
Him
second woman
Are you sure?
first woman
Yes. Him.

Clear!
He defibrillates T-BONE from the crash cart which has arrived in the interim. The continuous drone of the ECG reveals that it has had no effect.

FIRST WOMAN reaches out to lay her hand on T-BONE'S chest but SECOND WOMAN grabs her wrist. second woman
Is this really necessary? Father will ... doctor
Clear!
He defibrillates again, no response.
first woman
We don't have time to do this the old-fashioned way. And you know as well as I do what Father will think. She snatches her hand away and plunges it inside T-BONE'S chest

Clear!
This time the defibrillator starts T-BONE'S heart. FIRST WOMAN removes her hand. first woman
Now Live!
T-BONE'S body spasms, his eyes open, his breath starts again. second woman
Has it worked?

None of which call for a death sentence which is what you may well be handing out to them if you interfere with their treatment The two kats are nose-to-nose and must be separated so that a gurney carrying RAZOR can pass between them. felina
The moment they're stable I want them transferred into enforcer custody She stalks off.

The two women, walking away from the hospital, look up to see a helicopter passing overhead.

SECOND WOMAN breaks into particles which stream off the top of the screen in an impressive FX display. FIRST WOMAN stares at the spot her companion has vacated for a few more moments before walking out of frame. Cut to

ANN GORA is smiling into the camera, giving a report. ANn
As the millennium approaches the emergence of violent cults such as the one responsible for this most recent outbreak is expected to increase. The inability of the Enforcers to prevent these outbreaks without the assistance of the SWAT Kats would not be so alarming if the city had not seen them shot down yesterday after disabling the cultist's last heavy weapon. The pair are currently believed to be in a critical condition at the Central Hospital Camera pans back to reveal we have been watching Ann on one of the several large screens in the situation room of Enforcer headquarters, where ULYSSES FERAL is barely managing to control his displeasure. uly
Inability to prevent these outbreaks?

Unlike we SWAT Kats we are not permitted to fire high explosive weaponry at civilians, which these cultists are whatever they happen to believe about the millennium

With their injuries I doubt they'll be doing anything much for quite some time, but I am unable to report that I have them in custody uly

No one is visible but movement, accompanied by moans and groans, can be heard as the camera cuts from room to room. Eventually ... chance (v.o.)

JAKE can be seen coming into the kitchen, walking independently but obviously hurting jake
