Like if the captain read, "Death of a major character. T-Bone and Felina morn their loss." Wouldn't I see that and think, "Hmm... I guess Razor's dead." 2) Death of a minor/insignificant character -- who cares? The show killed people. We're used to it. "Violence" is really a more-appropriate category. 3) Betrayal of a major character by another -- big whup. This needs a warning? Is someone really going to not read the story because of that warning?
