He's a by the books sort of guy, and he just gets bothered whenever anyone wants to go against the norm. Also when he sees the SWAT Kats doing his job, maybe it makes him feel incompetant. (sp) I've just seen him misrepresented a lot of times in our RPG- people have him being deliberately obnoxious and making trouble for people who don't deserve it- but I don't really think he's like that. It always bugs me when a player who is an Enforcer says something like, "Feral totally got on my case today and all I did was blah-blah". I just think they're being unjust. He's in command of however many thousands of kats, and it's true that he can't make exceptions for anyone, but he also doesn't go out of his way to make them look like fools. I actually respect a person like Feral is, because it takes a lot of work and leadership and a lot of control to get where he is- and he doesn't even seem very old at all, so whatever it is he does, he must do it exceptionally well. If the price of his success is that it makes him a pretty insensitive guy, I don't believe he thinks that's such a bad sacrifice. I would really have loved to see the original version of "Cry Turmoil."
