(or all the everybody's on this list!) Big announcement! Strike's SWAT Kats Zone is going on to bigger and better things.... Yes folks, within the month I am moving to my own website- I simply can't spread 120 megs across so many servers anymore. I'd much rather have them all in one place. I'm getting a fantastic deal, tons of space, my own search engine (that will be *oh* so handy on the fan art page!), unlimited lots of things, and unrestricted cgi junk, blah blah.... the only problem I have is, WHAT THE HECK SHOULD I NAME MY DOMAIN?! I really really want something *good* - now, while www.skzone.com isn't taken, it's not something I probably want to be stuck with permanantly (though it is better than some of the stuff I have come up with!) No offense to SK fans- I just plan to host other stuff there besides the SWAT Kats Zone- and it would sure look funny if I had a page about playing pool at an skzone, wouldn't it? I want something that's going to last, because if I try to change it, they'll charge me another seventy bucks. (eesh! like the first isn't painful enough!) And I really like the word "zone." Must end in .com, by the way. If I pick a .org, I might get in trouble someday! So what I really need is something cool. something like darkabide.com (for some reason, "Dark Abide" sounds incredibly familiar... any ideas on why? Probably a book or something....) ANYway (can you tell it's 2am) I'm open to pretty much anything short (no blahblah-moreblahblah.com unless it sounds cool, please) and it has to have a nice ring to it. (howling.com sounds cool, but, as most cool things are, it is taken.) It also should be relatively generic- as in- it shouldn't be connected to any people, tv shows, sports, etc. Animals and stuff are okay, but please remember that not all animals sound cool. ;D ("wildcat.com" sounds much better than "howlermonkey.com"! - and oh yeah, wildcat.com is taken!) Mostly just cool words is what I need. It should be easily spell-able, too, hopefully. Since probably now most people will be visiting my page by typing in skzone.com than geocities.com/soho/ blah blah. I'm not going to need this domain name for another week or so, and am going to be consulting a lot of people. All you guys have to do is send me (ME- not the list!!!) an email with a bunch of stuff listed. I don't expect you to go to www.internic.net and search to see which ones are listed (though if you want to, that's fine with me! it's kind of fun, actually...) all I really want, though, is a list of cool-sounding words. Kind of like brainstorming sessions in 8th grade english. I can come up with other versions, meanings, and related words of the words- I'm super at crosswords! I just need a kick-start.... Anyway. I guess this is kind of a contest, but mostly I'm asking for help. I don't really have a prize, per se... I could give whoever named it a big ol' spotlight on my new site, but mostly I want you guys to help because it's fun. ;) I'm sending this to other people too, and asking friends and stuff, so you guys do that too, if you want!
