Yep, agreed. So I think we can be fairly sure that "Enforcers use US Navy
ranks" is not the case.

Remember we were speculating as to whether one of the Swat Kats designers
has a US Naval background, and getting the number of stripes wrong would
seem to another nail in the coffin for that theory. 

I would seem our Katmin will have to have further showers and weird thoughts.
