Please forgive me, the artical from San Jose Mercury News. seems to be
incomplete.

The artical has also created another thought.  It states that The House
bill's
prohibition on commercial Internet sites allowing children to see "harmful"
material is narrower in some important ways than the 1996 Communications
Decency Act.

If the government could not enforce that act.  then what makes them think
that
they'll be able to enforce this new bill.

One thing is certain we do not need more laws,  we need to enforce and
revise
the current acts. laws. Then we can go forward. in an attempt to finding the
base or what's left of it..
